Choco Banana Pops, an easy healthy snack

Today I show you how to make an easy choco banana pops, so yummy and so so easy to make!!

One of the better ways of having a healthy snack in summer. And what’s more, kids love these banana pops!

Recipe to make 6 Choco Banana Pops:

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 80 gr dark chocolate
  • 6 craft sticks
  • Optional: chopped almonds, raspberries, peanuts, coconut, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cut the bananas in half crosswise and insert a craft stick into each half. Place them in the freezer at least 2 hours.
  2. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowls and melt. I made it using the microwave little by little and stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted.
  3. Dip each half banana into the melted chocolate, them spread the toppings in case you chose any. Immediately place these pops in the freezer and let cool.
