Nacho Dip

I think I do not lie if I say this is the healthiest nacho dip I ever tried. I love nachos and I love dipping but, you know, this combination is not recommended for everyday because it means a lot of calories… until now!

This nacho dip is ideal to serve when you have friends at home or even if you just watch a movie. I really think you can have nice healthy food in those situations we are used to have “fatty food”.

I love this dip not only for its few calories, but because it is healthy. Actually, it is a raw plant based preparation. As it’s not cooked, it maintains all the nutrients and vitamins, and if you know me a little bit, you know I always try to keep as many goodness as possible.

Raw Nacho Dip Recipe

  1. 3 carrots
  2. 1 green pepper
  3. 1/2 cup diced leek
  4. 2 tbs nutritional yeast
  5. 2 tbs lime juice
  6. 1/2 tsp ground garlic
  7. 1 tsp turmeric
  8. 1/2 tsp paprika
  9. 1 tsp water
  10. Salt
  1. Wash the vegetables and chop.
  2. Place the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with your fav nachos!
