After going to the gym and jogging 5k, for me there’s nothing better than having a smoothie to recover, that’s why I have a special recipe to make a post-workout smoothie bowl.
I know a lot of people is afraid of not getting protein or nutrients enough when workout and they do not know what to eat after a gym sesión.
This recipe is ideal to prepare when you get home and do not feel like cooking too much. Furthermore, this smoothie pos-workout is so delicious and sweet that it’s clearly a great reward. And don’t worry because it’s sugar free and it contains just a few calories, but it’s rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins and water!! Perfect, right?
- frozen banana
- 1 cucumber
- 1 celery stalks
- A handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- 1/2 cup water
- TOPPINGS ( this is pure protein!!)
- Hemp seeds, chia seeds and cashews.
- Chop the ingredients, place them together and blend until smooth.
- Place the smoothie in a bowl and top it with the rest of ingredients. Ready!
