Post-Workout Smoothie

After going to the gym and jogging 5k, for me there’s nothing better than having a smoothie to recover, that’s why I have a special recipe to make a post-workout smoothie bowl.

I know a lot of people is afraid of not getting protein or nutrients enough when workout and they do not know what to eat after a gym sesión.

This recipe is ideal to prepare when you get home and do not feel like cooking too much. Furthermore, this smoothie pos-workout is so delicious and sweet that it’s clearly a great reward. And don’t worry because it’s sugar free and it contains just a few calories, but it’s rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins and water!! Perfect, right?

  1. frozen banana
  2. 1 cucumber
  3. 1 celery stalks
  4. A handful of spinach
  5. 1 tbsp hemp protein
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. TOPPINGS ( this is pure protein!!)
  8. Hemp seeds, chia seeds and cashews.
  1. Chop the ingredients, place them together and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the smoothie in a bowl and top it with the rest of ingredients. Ready!
