Raw Vegan Peanut Butter
When I made this raw vegan peanut butter at home I was pretty sure everybody loved peanut butter because it is so sweet and yummy and tasty and… well, you know. Then I found a person who did not, of course I was deeply disappointed, although just a couple minutes later I realized that meant I was gonna have more peanut butter only for me, so I wasn’t that sad ?
You know I prefer raw food because it is the best way of keeping nutrients and because any preparation is even easier. So it is a good excuse to stay less time in the kitchen and doing other kind of things like eating or whatever.
Just in case this is your first time with peanut butter, the traditional one is made with roasted peanuts but this will be a problema if you don’t have an oven or if you prefer keeping the nutrients, as I said above.
Of course, roasting the peanuts means intensify the tasty, but calm down! our raw peanut butter will be pretty tasty due to a secret ingredient: NUTMEG! Well, it’s not too misterious, but it will highly boost the flavour.
I discovered this “secret” ingrediente recently, so you’ll find another way of making peanut butter clicking here, also a raw jam, ideal to prepare a delicious bagel.
