Strawberry Hummus Recipe, a different dip
I know what you’re thinking, strawberries and hummus at the same time? Yep! Today I felt like experimenting and I got some fresh strawberries before going home. Then an idea got into my mind, strawberry hummus!
This idea actually came to me because I’ve seen a lot of avocado toasts topped with strawberries. Avocado and hummus are good friends and ones of my favorites. Then I made the connection: hummus, avocado and strawberries, let’s make them all in ones (the toast on the left).
The effect was awesome, I got a fresh hummus with a touch that you would not know what it is, but you can notice it.
I love mixing different kind of ingredients in the same dish because that’s the best way of getting all kind of nutrients and vitamins along the day, so this strawberry hummus is an ideal option to dip, spread over a toast or whatever comes to your mind.
