Do you like cakes and cookies? What about if I tell you can have both in one? That is how this Choco Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Mug Cake and that’s whay I love it so much!
You know I am a big fan of peanut butter and I love experimenting with it, so I try to use it in any kind of dishes.
This time I made I wanted to create a easy cake, so what better than a mug cake! It’s made in only 5 minutes and I swear you’ll go crazy for its texture and flavour.
The video recipe is in English and Spanish, but the beginning when I speak. Anyway, you’ll find the ingredients and instructions in both languages.
Ingredients to make 1 Choco Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Mug Cake:
- 80 ml plant based milk
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tbs brown sugar (or the sweetener or your choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 tbsp oat flour (you can buy it or make it as you’ll see on the video)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp choco chips
